I'm currently in Barcelona. Traveling. Around Europe. For almost a month.
For most people, this would be the ideal scenario to stop working out, lifting weights and eat whatever they want, after all, they're "on vacation".
And this is EXACTLY the situation I saw myself today. I was in Barcelone, preparing myself to run. However, I was rationalizing everything I could to NOT do it.
But... Following my own advice, I decided to go the other way and record this video.
